云南省广州管圆线虫宿主分布及感染情况调查

摘　　要：目的为了解云南省广州管圆线虫感染情况及分布特点。方法从野外、集贸市场等场所采集螺类、蛞蝓、鱼虾用肺检法和组织均浆化法检查中间宿主、转续宿主体内广州管圆线虫幼虫;解剖检查野鼠心肺广州管圆线虫成虫。结果 18县(市)从野外、集贸市场捕获福寿螺;在景洪、勐腊、瑞丽、陇川、大理和洱源等6个县(市)捕获的福寿螺中发现感染广州管圆线虫第Ⅲ期幼虫,其感染率分别为0.47%(3/633)、1.96%(10/510)、3.70%(23/622)、1.02%(2/197)、1.17%(16/1369)和1.38%(2/145);11县从野外捕获中华圆田螺、2县从野外捕获铜锈环棱螺,3县从野外捕获蛞蝓,检查未发现广州管圆线虫幼虫。瑞丽、大理和景洪等3个县集贸市场销售的福寿螺中广州管圆线虫第Ⅲ期幼虫感染率分别为19.56%(18/92)、7.25%(9/124)和2%(2/100)。野外和农贸市场销售的中华圆田螺、铜锈环棱螺等螺类均未检出广州管圆线虫幼虫。5县解剖褐家鼠和黄胸鼠39只,仅在1只鼠肺动脉中获2条广州管圆线虫成虫。结论云南省有福寿螺自然生长繁殖,并感染广州管圆线虫第Ⅲ期幼虫。Objective To investigate the distribution of species hosting Angiostrongylus cantonensis and the prevalence of infection in Yunnan Province. Methods Freshwater snails, grey field slugs, shrimp, and fish were collected from open fields and farmers markets. Tissue samples were homogenized and lungs were microscopically examined for the far vae of A. cantonensis. Adult A. cantonensis were detected in the heart and lungs of mice. Results Pomacea canaliculata was collected from open fields and markets in 18 counties. P. canaliculata was infected with the third stage larvae of A. cantonensis in 6 counties. The rate of infection was 0.47% in Jinghong, 1.96% in Mengla, 3. 70G in Dali, 1. 02% in Eryuan, 1.17% in Ruili, and 1.38 %in Longchuang. Cipangopaludina cathayensis was collected from open fields in 11 counties. Bellamya aeruginosa was collected from open fields in 2 counties. Agriolimax agrestis was collected from open fields in 3 counties. The larvae of A. cantonensis were not detected in any of these snails. Rattus norvegicus and Rattus flavipectus were found in 5 counties. Two adult worms of A. cantonensis were found in the heart and lungs of a Rattus flavipectus. Conclusion Yunnan Province is a focus for the natural growth and reproduction of P. canaliculata, and P. canaliculata is infected with the third stage larvae of A. cantonensis.
