摘　　要：针对军校研究生学术道德和学术规范缺失的问题,结合我院学报对学术不端文献检测系统(AMLC)的运用,对军校研究生发表论文中出现的学术不端行为的客观认定进行了分析;通过AMLC检测结果的分析,从编辑部初审、专家审稿和编辑加工三个方面,提出了军校研究生撰写的学术论文是否有学术不端行为的认定方法.这为抑制军校研究生发表学术论文的学术不端行为提供了依据.For the problems that the military academy graduates are in insufficient to the academic morality and norms, combined with the use of academic dishonor literature detection system（AMLC） in our academy, this article performs an objective identified analysis of the academic dishonor occurred in the publications by military academy graduates. By analyzing the detection results of AMLC, this article puts forward an identification method for seeing if there are dishonor behavior in the academic papers by military academy graduates or not, in terms of such three aspects as the editorial stuffs＇ first trial, the experts＇ reviewing and the editing processing, which provides a basis for the suppression of academic dishonor in academic papers published by the military academy graduates.
