摘 要:叶绿素荧光是光合作用能量转换的探针,叶绿素荧光参数F_v/F_m(PSⅡ反应中心的最大光量子产量)能够有效地反映植物受胁迫的程度。为了探讨金镶玉竹(Phyllostachys aureosulcata f.spectabilis)、黄杆金竹(Phyllostachys aureosulcata f.aureocaulis)和菲黄竹(Sasa auricoma)3种观赏竹在北京地区的适应性,应用Dual-PAM-100和Imaging-PAM分别测定了3种观赏竹F_v/F_m的年变化规律,并获取了叶绿素荧光图像。结果表明:3种观赏竹的F_v/F_m均在夏季7月份达到最高,之后均呈下降趋势,其中金镶玉竹的F_v/F_m值在1月份达到最低(0.42),黄杆金竹在2月份达到最低(0.40),黄秆金竹和菲黄竹在6—9月份的F_v/F_m值均大于正常生长值(0.80),而金镶玉竹仅在7月份大于0.80。由此表明,3种观赏竹在北京地区多数时间为在受胁迫环境下生长,其中黄秆金竹和菲黄竹比金镶玉竹更适合在北京地区生长。Chlorophyll fluorescence is an effective probe of photosynthesis energy transfer. The maximum quantum yield of the reaction center PS Ⅱ Fv/Fm can effectively reflect the degree of stress. Three ornamental bamboo species, including Phyllostachys aureosulcata f. spectabilis, Ph. aureosulcata f. aureocaulis and Sasa auricoma, were selected to investigate their adaption at Beijing. The annual change in Fv/Fm were tested using Dual-PAM-100 and Imaging- PAM-100, respectively, and fluorescence images were then extracted. The results showed that the Fv/Fmvalue in the three bamboo species were the highest in July and then presented a declining trend. The Fv/Fm value of Ph. aureosulcata f. spectabilis fell to the lowest in January, while that of Ph. aureosulcata f. aureocaulis was at the lowest level in February. The Fv/Fm values of both Ph. aureosulcata f. aureocaulis and S. auricoma were higher than the normal value of 0. 8 between June and September, while the value of Ph. aureosulcata f. spectabilis was only higher than 0. 8 in July. These results indicated that the three ornamental bamboo species grew under stress in most time at Beijing while Ph. aureosulcata f. aureocaulis and S. auricoma were more suitable to grow in Beijing than Ph. aureosulcata f. spectabilis.
