摘  要:为深入研究巴山木竹综合开发利用价值,采用动态顶空套袋采集法收集其挥发性气体,用全自动热脱附/气相色谱/质谱联用法分析了挥发性气体中有机化合物的种类与相对丰度。结果表明:巴山木竹挥发性有机物共有25种,其中,酯类11种,相对含量占82.85%;醇类3种,相对含量占11.68%;有机酸5种,相对含量占1.96%;醛类3种,相对含量占1.23%;酚、酮各1种,相对含量分别占0.35%和0.03%。研究认为,巴山木竹具有潜在的缓解疲劳、减少焦躁、镇静等功效,以及抗菌、消炎等生理活性,对净化空气有一定作用,具有观赏和保健功能。In order to assess the comprehensive value of Bashania fargesii, the chemical constituents of its volatile oil was collected by using dynamic headspace collection and analyzed in terms of types and relative richness by using TCT- GC-MS (gas chromatograph/mass spectrometry equipped with a thermal desorption cold trap device) . The results showed that there are a total of 25 volatile organic compounds in B. fargesii, including 11 ester compounds, 3 alcohol compounds, 5 acid compounds, 3 aldehydes compounds, 1 ketone compounds and 1 phenol compounds, with the relative contents being 82.85% , 11.68% , 1.96% , 1.23% , 0. 35% and 0. 03% , respectively. The results gave the evidence that B. fargesii may have potential functions on alleviating fatigue, reducing anxiety and inducing sedation. It also shows that this kind of bamboo could purify air via its anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory physiological activity, and possess the ornamental and healthcare functions.
