摘　　要：在当前媒体融合的发展趋势下,学术期刊正面临着专业化、数字化转型,这对学术期刊编辑岗位提出了新的要求。编辑岗位是学术期刊编辑的安身立命之所在,面对期刊的转型,作为知识加工和传播者的学术期刊编辑需要在职业情感、技术手段和思想意识上做好适应新挑战的准备,以便在为传播学术作贡献的同时,实现自己的文化理想。Due to the current trend of media convergence, academic journals should face up to the transformation of professionalization and digitalization, which brings about new demands for academic journal editors. Academic journal editors must rely on the editor responsibilities. As journals are undergoing transformation, editors, who process and spread knowledge, should be prepared to accept new challenges from the aspects of vocational feelings, techniques and consciousness, so that the editors can contribute to spreading academics and realize their cultural ambitions.
