摘　　要：创新是一个期刊发展的源泉和不竭动力。《医学争鸣》期刊杂志就是在创新基础上创办和发展起来的一本全新的医学期刊,它源于《第四军医大学学报》,是《第四军医大学学报》的延续与发展,但它又不同于《第四军医大学学报》,其深邃的学术思想、尖锐的学术观点以及犀利的学术争辩,使其成为医学期刊的"另类"。经过几年来的探索与实践,《医学争鸣》期刊杂志走出了一条全新的办刊之路。其办刊特色鲜明而独特,以焕然一新的封面设计、靓丽一新的栏目设置和独到创新的内容设定成功打造出鲜亮的期刊品牌。Innovation is a rich source and inexhaustible driving force for the development of a journal. Negative is a novel medical journal that was founded and developed based on innovation idea,whcih evolved from the Journal of Fourth Military Medical University. Negative can be regarded as the continuation of the Journal of Fourth Military Medical University,but different from her predecessor. The profound academic ideas,sharp academic opinions and incisive academic debate in the Negative are unique to medical journals. Going through more-than-four-year exploration and practice,the Negative has created a brand new way of publishing medical journals. The bright cover design,attractive column setting and innovative content arrangement compose the distinctive journal style of the Negative,which successfully make a splendid journal brand. It is innovation that realized the substantive breakthrough of the Negative.
