摘　　要：科技期刊及编辑的创新发展与国家创新驱动发展及中国梦的实现具有紧密关系。科技期刊与编辑人只有首先实现自身创新发展,才能更好的为读者服务、为作者服务、为国民经济建设服务;编辑需通过改变观念,强化服务兴刊,使自己专业化、学者化,主动发挥人才培养职能,以更好的、积极有效的为国家创新驱动发展服务。The sci-tech periodicals and their editors have close relation with national innovation driven development and the Chinese dream realization. Only the periodicals and their editors realize the development internally can they serve the readers,serve the authors,and serve our national economy construction better. In order to play effective role in our national innovation driven development,we have to change our mindsets,strengthen the service publication awareness,and make ourselves professionalization and scholarization,perform our talent cultivation.
