摘　　要：编辑职业倦怠不仅危害编辑个人的身心健康,还会降低书刊单位的工作绩效,影响书刊的出版质量。梳理了编辑职业倦怠的定义、测量、影响因素、危害及干预等方面的研究成果,并对相关研究成果进行评价,指出目前研究的不足和未来研究的方向。Job burnout of editors is not only harmful to editors＇ physical and mental health,but also reduces work performance of books and periodicals units,decreasing books publication quality. This paper reviewed the research results on the definition,measurement,influencing factors,harm and intervention of job burnout of editors,and evaluated them. Finally the inadequacy of the current research and the research direction in the future are pointed out.
