摘　　要：文章通过对能效管理计划和船舶能效营运指数的说明,证实了能效管理对船舶节能减排的重要性,并以"华泓"轮的船舶能效管理、能效监控为例,说明了在实船上进行能效管理及减少碳排放的措施,以实现船舶节能减排。Based on an analysis of the energy management plans and the energy efficiency operating index,this article confirms the importance of energy efficiency management in ships＇ energy conservation and emission reduction as well as puts forward the measures for energy efficiency management and carbon emission reduction with＂Huahong＂Ship as an example.
