摘　　要：水文基础设施建设是水文工作的重要内容,介绍了《全国水文基础设施建设规划（2013~2020年）》的规划目标、主要任务、建设内容和投资,阐述了水文建设规划的实施和投资计划安排,并针对新时期新形势下水文建设项目实施的情况和特点,探讨了规划实施需要注意的问题。Hydrological infrastructure construction is always important part of hydrological work. The planning objectives, main tasks,construction and investment of ＂ Planning of Hydrological Infrastructure Construction（2013-2020）, China＂ were introduced in this paper, with execution of the hydrological construction plan and arrangement of investment being elaborated. Additionally, probe into those points need to be considered in the period of execution of the plan which is taken aim at updated situation and characters of execution of hydrological projects in the new age is included accordingly.
