摘  要:目的建立高脂血症小鼠模型,观察普伐他汀对高脂血症小鼠抗疲劳功能的影响。方法取90只昆明雄性清洁级小鼠,随机分为正常对照组、高脂模型组和普伐他汀组,每组30只。后2组采用高脂饮食饲料喂养6周制备高脂血症小鼠模型。造模成功后,普伐他汀组给予普伐他汀10 mg/(kg·d),对小鼠连续灌胃6周;对照组、高脂模型组给予蒸馏水灌胃。使用ZB-200疲劳转棒仪对小鼠进行疲劳实验,分别记录三组小鼠的落棒时间。结果高脂模型组落棒时间明显短于正常对照组(P<0.01),普伐他汀组落棒时间明显短于正常对照组和高脂模型组(P<0.01)。结论普伐他汀在有效降血脂的同时,可导致小鼠疲倦和劳力性疲劳等不良反应。Objective To establish the hyperlipidemia model mice,observe the effect of pravastatin on the an-ti-fatigue activity of hyperlipidemia mice. Methods 90 male clean level Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal control group (n=30),high fat model group (n=30) and pravastatin group (n=30) respectively. High fat model group and pravastatin group were fed with high fat diet for 6 weeks to establish the hyperlipemia mice mod-el. Then pravastatin group was given pravastatin 10 mg/( kg·d) by intragastric gavage for 6 weeks,control group and high fat model group were given distilled water,ZB-200 rotarod apparatus was used for mice fatigue tests,the rod fall time was recorded in each group respectively. Results The rod drop time of high fat model group was less than that of normal control group (P〈0. 01),while the rod drop time pravastatin group was less than those of normal control group and high fat group ( P〈0. 01 ) . Conclusion Pravastatin could cause the adverse reactions of tired and exertional fa-tigue in the treatment of hyperlipidemia mice.
