酒石酸布托啡诺治疗椎管内麻醉后寒战的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究静注酒石酸布托啡诺治疗椎管内麻醉后寒战的效果。方法选择2014年6月至2015年3月行下腹部和下肢骨科手术的60例患者,均于椎管内麻醉后发生寒战,随机分为2组,每组30例。B组:静注布托啡诺1 mg;C组:静注0.9%生理盐水5 m L。评估寒战级别、用药后治疗效果及不良反应。结果给药后5 min,B组寒战程度较C组明显降低;B组寒战治疗效果较C组明显改善(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论静注布托啡诺1 mg治疗椎管内麻醉后寒战安全、有效。Objective To investigate the effect of butorphanol tartrate on post intraspinal anesthesia shive-ring. Methods Sixty cases undergoing hypogastric surgery and osteo operation from June 2014 to March 2015 were randomly divided into two groups：butorphanol tartrate group （group B,n=30） and 0. 9% NaCl group （group C,n=30）. Patients were allocated to receive either butorphanol tartrate 1 mg or 0. 9% NaCl 5 mL. The shivering grade and therapeutic effect and side effect was evaluated. Results Shivering degree at 5 min after treatment in group B was sig-nificantly lower than that of group C （P〈0. 05）. The therapeutic effect of group B was much better than that of group C （ P〈0. 05 ） . There was no significant difference in the incidence of nausea and vomiting between the two groups （P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Intravenous administration of butorphanol tartrate 1 mg is safe and suitable for the patients with post intraspinal anesthesia shivering.
