摘　　要：目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定复方土牛膝咽喉合剂中表告依春含量的方法. 方法 采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为 Kromasil C18柱（250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm）,流动相为甲醇 -0. 1%磷酸水溶液（10：90）,流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为245 nm,柱温为30 ℃. 结果 表告依春含量测定的线性范围2-30 μg/mL,r2 =0. 999 4,平均加样回收率为97. 39%,RSD为2. 03% （n=6）. 结论 建立测定复方土牛膝咽喉合剂中表告依春含量的高效液相色谱法,该方法准确、可靠,可用于复方土牛膝咽喉合剂的质量控制.Objective To establish a method for the content determination of epigoitrin in compound radix eu-patorii chinensis mixture by HPLC. Methods HPLC was developed to determine the epigoitrin with UV absorptions at 245 nm. The analysis was performed on a Kromasil C18 column （250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） with a solvent system of methanol and 0. 1% aqueous phosphoric acid （10：90,v/v） at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL/min. Results There was a good linear relationship （ r2 =0. 999 4 ） in the range of 2 ~30 μg/mL. The mean recovery rate was 97. 39%,RSD was 2. 03% （n=6）. Conclusion This method is simple,sensitive and accurate,and it can be used for the quality control of compound radix eupatorii chinensis mixture.
