摘 要:目的 建立以高效液相色谱法测定通络降脂胶囊中总黄酮醇苷含量的方法. 方法 色谱柱为Lichrospher C18(150 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-0. 4%磷酸-乙腈(39:56:5),流速为1. 0 mL/min,检测波长为360 nm,进样量20 μL,柱温为30 ℃. 结果 槲皮素、山柰素、异鼠李素分别在4. 548 × 102 -4. 548 × 103 ng、3. 46 × 102 -3. 46 × 103 ng、65. 6-656 ng 进样量范围内呈良好的线性关系( r =0. 999 9、r =0. 999 8、r =0. 999 2,n=5),平均加样回收率分别为 101. 0% (RSD =1. 90%)、97. 2% (RSD =1. 66%)、97. 8% (RSD =1. 86%). 结论 所建立的方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于通络降脂胶囊中总黄酮醇苷的含量测定.Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of total flavonoid glycoside in tongluojiangzhi capsules. Methods The method was used with the chromatographic conditions of a Lichrospher C18 column and methanol-0. 4% phosphoric acid-acetonitrile (39:56:5) as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min,the column temperature was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 360 nm. Results The linear ranges of quer-cetin,kaempferol and isorhamnetin were 4. 548 × 102 -4. 548 × 103 ng (r=0. 999 9,n=5),3. 46 × 102 -3. 46 × 103 ng (r=0. 999 8,n=5),65. 6-656 ng (r=0. 999 2,n=5),respectively. The average recoveries of quercetin,kaempferol and isorhamnetin were respectively 101. 0%,97. 2%,97. 8%. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and specif-ic,which can be used for the determination of total flavonoid glycoside in tongluojiangzhi capsules.
