世界遗产地武夷山旅游业转型升级的几点思考——基于“一元游武夷”活动的问卷分析

摘　　要：旅游业是一个随着游客需求而动态发展的综合性行业。武夷山旅游业目前仍停留在以门票经济为导向的观光游阶段,其信息化程度、服务水平不高、旅游产品结构单一、服务设施不够完善等已成为行业之诟病。随着旅游大众化和互联网时代的到来,武夷山旅游业亟需进行结构调整和转型升级,走多元化、动态化、深度化、特色化发展道路,满足游客多样化和个性化的需求。Tourism is an integrated industry whic h develops dynamically along with tourists＇ demand.Currently,Wuyishan is still focusing on the sightseeing tour and primarily depending on tickets＇ economy.Low levels of informatization and service quality as well as the single structure of tourism products and inadequacy of service facilities have long been criticized. With the advent of mass tourism and internet era,for tourism in Wuyishan,it is urgent to carry out structural adjustment,transformation and upgrading,and to adopt the modes of diversification,dynamism,depth and specialization,so as to meet tourists＇ diversified and personalized needs.
