摘　　要：为了实现整车轻量化,根据载货车板簧支架的实际使用情况,运用拓扑优化对板簧支架进行轻量化设计。根据经验工况设计后验证支架出现断裂现象,对加载工况重新定义,最终完成强化并通过试验验证,成功实现板簧支架轻量化。In order to actualiaze the light weight of the truck,According to the truck spring bracket fact load,topological optimization is utilized to the light weight design of the spring bracket.The bracket that design according to the experience work condition break in the test.Then redefine the work condition,the strengthening structure bracket is passed the test,and the target that the light weight of spring bracket is reached.
