摘  要:一重卡空调控制器在数年的使用中电源部分的故障率按统计值总是居所有故障的第一位,根据对损坏现象的观察,通过对电路的理论分析和基本试验,分析了几种可能造成损坏的原因,定位了大能量的瞬态冲击(抛负载)是造成故障的主要原因,提出了产品改进方案。对提出的几种改进方案结合理论定性分析进行了系列试验,使用ISO 7637汽车电子试验设备对产品进行验证,以接近百分百的统计概率复现了故障现象,通过了改进方案。总结了瞬态干扰保护电路及器件的特性和使用规律,确定了高效能较低价格的方案,目前经改进的产品已进入生产半年时间,效果良好,没有再出现损坏现象。In the use of a few years of a heavy truck air conditioning controller,the power circuit failure rate in statistics always ranks first of all faults,according to the observation of damage phenomenon,theoretical analysis and basic test,there are several reasons may cause the damage,but the main reason is the transient impact(load dump).To prove this conclusion,a series of experiments was did using the ISO 7637 automobile electronic test equipment.The conclusion is demonstrated by the probability of approaching one hundred percent.Some improvement scheme was proposed,and a series of experiment was carried out.From the experiments a conclusion is summarizedabout the characteristics of transient interference protection circuits and devices and the use of rules.According the experiment result,the most effective scheme of low price was found and usedin the new products.The improved products has entered the stage of production for half a year time,the effect is good,there is no damage to happen again.
