品管圈在儿科病区环境治理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈模式在儿科病区环境治理中的应用效果。方法建立有科室特色的品管圈,以患儿及家属满意度作为评价依据,按照品管圈的要求分步骤实施活动,通过电话回访、问卷调查对出入院患儿及家属进行病区环境问题调查并统计数据,确定近期病区环境治理目标,分析问题原因,制定并实施改进计划。结果通过对品管圈活动前后的满意度调查,病区环境满意率由62%上升到87%。结论品管圈在病区环境治理中成效显著,激发了护理人员的管理热情,提升了科室整体形象。Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle in pediatric department environment governance. Methods The quality control was established which had department features,the evaluation was based on and heir families satis-faction evaluation, activity was impled steply according to the requirements of quality control circle, then children and their family were visited about renceut endevmic area environment question by telephone visit and questionnaire. Results By means of satisfac-tion survey of the quality control circle activities, ward environment satisfaction rate rised from 62% to 87%. Conclusion Quality control circle fruitful in the ward environment governance, inspir the management enthusiasm of the nursing staff, improve the overall image of the department.
