摘　　要：高校校报面临着来自校园网络和网络媒体的冲击,如何适应形势,有效利用新技术,是高校校报面临的重大课题。校报数字化是其适应时代发展的必然选择,针对高校校报数字化发展过程中存在的问题,并在分析校报管理系统相关理论基础上,借助相关技术,实现一个校报管理系统,希望能对现有系统中存在的问题加以改进。College newspaper is facing from the campus network and network media,how to adapt to the situation and effective use of new technology,is a major issue facing the college newspaper. Digital college newspaper is the inevitable choice to adapt to the development of the times. This article develops and realizes a newspaper management system in view of the existing problems in the developing process,and on the basis of analyzing the relevant theoretical of newspaper management system,hoping to improve in the existing system.
