摘　　要：针对现有的文献资料中,对LM331的内部电路结构描述不清楚,容易误导读者等问题,设计了实验电路,通过测量LM331各端的输出电压值的变化情况,反推其内部构造,从而对其内部结构进行补偿和完善,最终得到清晰的内部结构图。According to the existing literature,the internal circuit structure of LM331 is not clear,easy to mislead the readers and the issues,this paper designs the experimental circuit,which changes the measuring values of output voltage for LM331 at each end,and it inversely deduces the internal structure,so as to compensate and improve it finally,it obtains the internal circuit stracture diagram clearly.
