摘　　要：当前网络消费发展迅猛,带动邮政业的快速发展,实地调研发现宁波市邮政业呈现出业务总量快速增长,基础设施不断完善,普服以及快递新业态繁荣等态势。分析当前宁波市邮政业存在的问题,运用GM(1,1)法预测宁波市邮政业业务总量,最后对宁波市邮政业从加强要素保障,优化空间布局,快递产业融合发展,加强科技投入等方面提出可行性建议。The current fast development of internet consumption, promoting the rapid development of the postal service, on-site research found that the postal service in ningbo city presents the rapid growth of business volume, continuously improve infrastructure, clothing and express new formats prosperity situation, analysis of the present situation of ningbo the postal service, using the method of GM （1,1）prediction of ningbo, the postal service volume of ningbo postal service from strengthening elements, optimizing space layout, express industry integration development, strengthen the investment in science and technology, etc, put forward feasible suggestions.
