大学生朋辈文化与校园文化的衔接互动

摘　　要：当今中国正发生着从审美、神圣、批判、灵性、有根的文化到消费、世俗、娱乐、技术、时尚的文化转变。大学中,充满功利色彩的校园文化、朋辈文化取代科学的校园文化。大学行政化引发权力崇拜;考试制度不能体现学以致用致学风懒散;社团活动组织过多、管理欠科学致学生于活动中迷失求学方向;校园文化建设中人文关怀不够。若想崇尚科学、观乎人文以化成天下的大学精神不沦丧,大学生朋辈文化与校园文化的良性衔接互动机制必须建立。Today,Chinese culture is undergoing a transition from aesthetic,sacred,criticism,spiritual,root culture to the consumerism,secular,entertainment,technology,fashion culture.The science of the campus culture becomes the nails in the wall posters,full of utilitarian campus culture,peer popularity of culture in accompany with the transition.The administration of university always leads students to the worship of power.And the examination system cannot reflect the style of study and to learn but in fact it means to lazy in learning.In many universities,there are too many activities that lack of scientific management,so a lot of students miss their way or lost their directions in activities.Besides these,the construction of campus culture failed to reflect the humanistic care to students.Tin order to advocate science,judging from the humanities into the world of university spirit,we must establish a friendly student culture and campus culture positive link between interaction mechanism.
