摘 要:以某型号太阳能驱动清洁车车架为研究对象,采用有限元分析的方法,利用Hypermesh将车架分别划分为整体式有限元模型和分部焊接式有限元模型;基于Hyper Works软件完成材料及约束设置,进行满载静止和满载制动两种工况下的强度分析,得到相应的车架应变及位移云图,分析两种模型计算结果,数值相差较大,两种焊点模拟方式不可等效。满载静止与满载制动工况车架均满足强度要求并有较大优化空间,提出改进意见,为太阳能清洁车车架的结构优化设计提供参考。Taking frame of solar sweeper as research object and by means of the finite element lheor), two firffte element models were established by using different welding simulation in Hypermesir Material and construints settings, Mine strengtb analysis in two working conditions, full-load static state and full-load braking were completed by using HyperWrks, stress- strain contours of frame were obtained. The calculation results show that the two ways ,for welding ,simulating cannot be equivalent. The flame of solar sweeper satisfies strength requirement under two working conditions. Through analyzing and predicting the weak parts of the frame, a reference for the structural optimization design of frame is prot,ided.
