摘 要:研究了一种由多壁碳纳米管(MCNT)和环氧树脂的混合物制备而成的球状压力传感器,对传感器的工作机理进行了分析,基于固体力学理论建立了传感器电阻和压力的关系模型,表明传感器的电阻随外压的增加而减小。同时,传感器的灵敏度依赖于球体直径和碳管添加量两个重要参数,即球体直径越小,传感器灵敏度越高;碳管添加量越大,传感器灵敏度越低。研究亦开展了针对性实验,实验结果与理论预测相吻合,证明了提出的理论模型的正确性。研究为压力传感器的结构优化与灵敏度的提高提供了参考。A new type of spherical pressure sensor made of the mixture of polymer (epoxy) and multi-walled carbon nar^tubes (MCNT) is introduced. The mechanism of the sensor is analyzed. A model for the relationship between the sensor's resistance and the pressure is established based on the theory of solid mechanics. The model indicates that the resistance of the sensor deceases as the external pressure increases. Moreover, the sensitivity of the spherical sensor is dependant on two crucial factors, viz. the mass ratio of MCNT to epoxy and the diameter of the sensor, respectively. It is found that smaller diameter of the sensor results in higher sensitivity but larger amount of MCNT causes lower sensitivity. A series of specific tests are also conducted in this study. The experimental results agree well with the analytical prediction. Therefore, the correctness of the proposed model is verified.
