摘  要:提出了一种平面移动式立体车库用新型搬运器设计方案。建立了新型搬运器横拉机构的动态振动模型,分析及确定了模型关键参数的数值,对该动力学模型进行了求解,最终得到了该横拉机构的主要固有频率,并计算了横拉机构工作频率以及同步带传动多边形效应引的起动载荷激振频率。结果表明,横拉机构工作频率避开了系统轴向固有频率;动载荷的激振频率,避开了扭转固有频率。运用ANASYS有限元分析软件对该横拉机构虚拟样机模型进行了模态分析,得出了和理论计算结果一致的前五阶固有频率,论证了该新型搬运器横拉机构结构动态性能合理性。Anew-style carrier ofihe plane moving stereo garagewas putforward.Thedyrtamic vibration model of the new-style carrier'slateral pulling mechanism was built up.The values ofmodelrsmain parameters were analyzed and determiued-The primary natural frequency of the power system was obtained by solving the kinetic modeLTheoperating frequency of lateralpulling system an dthe excitation frequency of polygon effectcaused "bysynchronousbelt transmission were calculated. Thecalculation show thattheoperatingfrequency of lateralpulling system avoids the system axial natural frequency.The excitation frequency of polygon effectalso avoids the system torsional n^ural frequency.The modal of virtual prototype model was analyzedby usingfinite element analysis sofiwareANASYS.The top five natural frequencieswere consistent with the theoretical calculation results. The rationality of the new-style carrier lateralpuUing mechanism's dynamic performance was demonstrated.
