摘 要:为探究绕弯工艺参数对薄壁管弯曲回弹的影响,通过正交试验设计,应用有限元软件DYNAFORM建立了不同工艺参数下薄壁管绕弯三维模型,模拟了弯曲成形及卸除载荷后的回弹过程,对回弹角度进行了极差分析和方差分析。分析表明:防皱模间隙、镶块间隙、弯模间隙、芯棒前伸量对回弹影响相对较大,各模具与管件的摩擦对回弹影响较小;回弹随防皱模间隙、镶块间隙、芯棒前伸量的增大而减小,随弯模与管件间隙的增大而增大;所有工艺参数对回弹的影响不具有显著性。减小弯模与管件间隙,增大防皱模、镶块、压模与管件间隙及芯棒前伸量将有助于减小薄壁管回弹。o research the effect of rotary bending technological parameters an springback of thin -walled tube ,it designed orthogonal experiments, built 3D models with different bending partuneters, simulated the forming process and the springback process after unloading rely on FEA software DYNAFORM. Range analysis and variance analysis were used to analyze the angles of springbark. Analysis showed that: the clearance between wiper and tube, insert die and tube, bend die and tube, mandrel protrusion length have relatively great effect on springback, while the friction coefficients between tube and dies have little effect on springback, angle of springback decreasses with the increasing of clearance between tube and wiper die, insert die, mandrel protrusiion length, increases with the increasing of clearance between bend die and tube, and all the rotary bending technological parcuneters of thin-walled tube has no significant effect on tbe springback. Reducing the clearance between bend die and tube, increasing the clearance between wiper and tube, insert die and tube ,pressure die and tube, and mandrel protrusion would be helpful for reducing the springb(wk of thin-walled tube.
