摘  要:针对目前复杂产品设计前期用户需求获取与分析环节相脱离及缺乏系统的用户需求处理机制等问题,提出了用户需求获取与分析集成模式的研究。通过分析实际复杂产品设计中用户需求信息活动的内在发展规律及后续产品设计各阶段对用户需求信息的要求特征,构建了用户需求获取与分析集成模型。该模型融合了用户需求获取环节中的用户需求来源划分与用户需求获取流程两个关键任务以及用户需求分析环节中的用户需求结构建立与用户需求信息评价两个必要任务,有效地集成了用户需求获取与分析两个不同阶段的信息处理任务,实现了其直接对接。以此模型为整体框架,深入探讨了各个流程中关键任务的实现技术。最后,以振动筛为例获取并分析了用户需求,验证了该集成模式的可行性与有效性。To deal with the currently problem of disconnection between the customers' needs obtaining and analysis and lack of systematic customers' needs processing mechanism in the early design of complex product, the integrated mode of customers' needs obtaining and analysis is proposed. Taking account to the inherent rule of customers' needs development and customers' needs feathers required by the subsequent product design phase, the integrated model of customers' needs obtaining and analysis is established. The proposal model combines two key tasks of the customers' needs obtaining, that is identifying of sources customers' needs and flow of customers' needs obtaining, two essential tasks of the customers' needs analysis which are structuring of customers' needs and evaluation of customers' needs. In the model, the obtaining and % analysis of customers' needs are integrated effectively by which the direct connection of two different phases of customers' needs processing is realized. Based on the proposal model, the implementation of key technique in each step is described. The case of the vibration screen verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed integrated mode.
