摘  要:根据人机工程学的理论与方法,将人体特征数据应用于电动自行车的初始设计,分析了电动车各部件位置尺寸与人体尺寸之间的关系。利用CATIA软件建立符合中国人体特征数据的人体模型,通过对人体模型推行与骑行姿态的研究和优化,改善了电动自行车车把与鞍座之间的位置尺寸;通过对曲柄蹬踏机构的分析改进,提高了电动自行车的骑行效率;通过对骑行者视野的分析,确保所设计的电动自行车符合视野要求。总之,使改进后的电动自行车更加适合目标人群的尺寸特征和动作习惯。According to the theory and method of ergonomics, human characteristics data is used in the initial design of electric bicycle, and the relationship between location dimension of electric bicycle components and human body size is analyzed here. CATIA software is used to establish human body model that conforms to Chinese feature, and the location dimension between the electric bicycle handlebar and the saddle is improved through the research and optimization of the pushing and riding posture of human body model, and cycling efficiency is raised by the analysis and improvement of the crank pedal mechanism, and the rider perspective is analyzed to ensure that the design meets the vision requirements of electric bicycle. All in all, it makes the improved electric bicycle more suitable for size characteristics and activity habits of the target population.
