摘 要:切割系统位于物流通道的前方,是小型甘蔗收获机的重要部件,直接影响到整个收获环节。为了提高小型甘蔗收获机的甘蔗切割质量,利用综合评价方法,在自制的切割试验平台上进行单因素试验研究。试验结果表明,刀盘转速与进给速度对甘蔗切割质量有显著影响,甘蔗根数对切割质量无显著影响。将试验结果的根部断面裂纹数、最大裂纹长度、最大裂纹厚度及截面台阶数指标综合成单一指标并且对综合评价指标进行分析,得出刀盘转速为800r/min,进给速度为0.4m/s,砍蔗质量最好。该文为小型甘蔗收获机的机械设计提供参考。Cutting system located in front of the logistics channel is the key component of sugarcane harvester and is directly related to the worklng performance of the machine. Experimental research on the self developed experiment platform used the comprehensive evaluation method to improve the quality of cutting of small sugarcane harvester. The experiment results show that the rotating speed of cutter and the feed speed have a significant impact on the quality of cutting; however, the number of sugarcane has not. The multi-index such as root section number of cracks, the maximum crack length, the maximum cross- sectional crack and the thickness of the number of steps are changed into single-index. Comprehensive evaluation of test results are analyzed, getting this: the speed of cutter of 800r/min, the feed speed of 0.4m/s is the optimal combination. It can provide reference for the mechanical design of the small whole-stalk sugarcane harvester.
