修正性鼻内镜手术加中鼻甲再处理综合治疗难治性鼻窦炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨修正性鼻内镜手术加中鼻甲再处理综合治疗难治性鼻窦炎方法、效果及价值。方法:回顾性分析2010年3月至2014年9月收治的102例既往多次手术及药物治疗无效并经CT或MRI及鼻内镜检查确诊的难治性鼻窦炎患者,采用修正性鼻内镜手术加中鼻甲再处理,围手术期循证治疗,内镜下充分术后换药冲洗,规范随诊等综合治疗。结果:随访6个月后,治愈28例、好转64例。总有效例数92例。总有效率为90.20%,无效例数10例,无效率为9.80%。并发症3例,并发症发生率为2.93%。结论:采用修正性鼻内镜手术及中鼻甲再处理,围手术期循证治疗,充分术后换药冲洗,规范随访等综合治疗难治性鼻窦炎,效果肯定,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To investigate procedures and outcomes of endoscopic sinus corrective operation with middle turbinate reprocessing comprehensive treatment in refractory rhinosinusitis.Methods：A total of 102 cases of refractory rhinosinusitis identified by CT or MRI and endoscopic examination were included for endoscopic sinus corrective operation with middle turbinate reprocessing comprehensive treatment.Results：After six months of follow-up,28 cases were cured and 64 cases were improved with a total effective rate of 90.20%（92cases）.Complications occurred in 3cases.Conclusion：Endoscopic sinus corrective operation with middle turbinate reprocessing period processing is an effective comprehensive treatment for refractory rhinosinustis.
