摘  要:目的:比较5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)联合CO2激光与单纯用CO2激光治疗尖锐湿疣的治愈时间,寻找一种能缩短治疗尖锐湿疣治愈时间的方法。方法:将104例尖锐湿疣患者随机分成两组,治疗组52例,用ALA-PDT联合CO2激光治疗;对照组52例,用CO2激光治疗。二组均每周复查1次,若有新发皮损者,重复治疗。结果:治疗组治愈时间与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=28.82,P<0.01)。结论:ALA-PDT联合CO2激光治疗尖锐湿疣,可明显缩短尖锐湿疣治愈的时间,且不良反应轻微。Objective:To compare healing time of condyloma acuminatum by ALA-PDT combined CO2 laser and CO2 laser treatment,for shortening the treatment time of condyloma acuminatum.Methods:The 104 cases of condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into two groups,with52 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with ALA-PDT CO2 laser,the control group were treated with CO2 laser.All the patients were followed up once a week,if new lesions occured,the treatment was repeated.Results:Healing time of treatment group and the control group was statistically significantly different(χ2=28.82,P0.01).Conclusion:ALA-PDT combined CO2 laser treatment of condyloma acuminatum can significantly shorten the healing time with mild adverse reactions.
