摘　　要：目的:比较5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)联合CO2激光与单纯用CO2激光治疗尖锐湿疣的治愈时间,寻找一种能缩短治疗尖锐湿疣治愈时间的方法。方法:将104例尖锐湿疣患者随机分成两组,治疗组52例,用ALA-PDT联合CO2激光治疗;对照组52例,用CO2激光治疗。二组均每周复查1次,若有新发皮损者,重复治疗。结果:治疗组治愈时间与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=28.82,P<0.01)。结论:ALA-PDT联合CO2激光治疗尖锐湿疣,可明显缩短尖锐湿疣治愈的时间,且不良反应轻微。Objective：To compare healing time of condyloma acuminatum by ALA-PDT combined CO2 laser and CO2 laser treatment,for shortening the treatment time of condyloma acuminatum.Methods：The 104 cases of condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into two groups,with52 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with ALA-PDT CO2 laser,the control group were treated with CO2 laser.All the patients were followed up once a week,if new lesions occured,the treatment was repeated.Results：Healing time of treatment group and the control group was statistically significantly different（χ2=28.82,P0.01）.Conclusion：ALA-PDT combined CO2 laser treatment of condyloma acuminatum can significantly shorten the healing time with mild adverse reactions.
