摘 要:根据盐水中金属缓蚀机理,进行缓蚀剂分子设计。研究原料配比、反应时间、反应温度对盐水缓蚀剂(AGE)性能的影响。利用红外对其进行结构表征,再通过静态失重法考察其加量、pH值、温度、复配剂对腐蚀速率的影响,测试其盐水溶解性、乳化倾向,并根据缓蚀剂的分子结构分析其缓蚀机理。该缓蚀剂在盐水中具有良好的溶解性、无乳化倾向。其在盐水溶液中有很好的缓蚀性能,当加量为1000mg/L时,腐蚀速率为0.07625mm/a。该缓蚀剂与三乙醇胺有很好的协同效果,当三乙醇胺加量为600mg/L时,其腐蚀速率可降至0.02862mm/a;当在35℃下加入200mg/L的AGE及100mg/L的三乙醇胺时,其腐蚀速率降至0.04564mm/a。The corrosion inhibitor molecular structure design was made based on the metal corrosion mechanism in the salt water.The effects of the materials’ ratio,reaction time and temperature on performance of corrosion inhibitor were studied in the article.FT-IR was used for the qualitative analysis about AGE’s structural characterization.By the static weightness method,the influence of its dosage,pH value,temprature,the kind of compound reagent on the corrosion rate were investigated.Then,the solubility,the tendency of emulsification was tested by experiment.At the last,the mechanism of corrosion inhibitor was discussed.The results showed that it’s a kind of water-soluble inhibitor and there’s no emulsification tendency.In the salt solution,the corrosion rate was0.07625mm/a when the dosage was 1000mg/L.It had synergistic effect on N80 when AGE was used with triethanolamine.When triethanolamine dosage is 600mg/L,the corrosion rate can be reduced to 0.02862mm/a.When dosage of AGE was 200mg/L at 35℃ with triethanolamine 100mg/L together,the corrosion rate was 0.04564mm/a.
