难治性青光眼应用青光眼阀植入术治疗的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:观察难治性青光眼应用青光眼阀植入术治疗的护理疗效。方法:选取难治性青光眼患者70例,并随机分为观察组与对照组,对对照组患者进行常规护理,对观察组患者进行综合护理,观察患者的护理效果。结果:观察组患者与对照组患者在护理后视力和眼压均存在明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对应用青光眼阀植入治疗的患者进行多方面的干预性护理,提高患者的治疗效果具有积极意义。Objective To observe the use of glaucoma valve implantation for refractory glaucoma nursing curative effect. Method 70 cases were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group patients given routine nursing,the observation group patients given comprehensive care,observation the patient＇ s nursing effect. Results Observation group of patients and the control group patients after nursing vision and intraocular pressure were obvious difference,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The patients with glaucoma valve implantation treatment for various interventional nursing,which can improve the effect of the treatment of patients with positive significance.
