摘　　要：为获得鼠抗镉单抗的重链及轻链可变区,提取AG6细胞株的总RNA,利用RT-PCR技术获得c DNA,设计重链(VH)及轻链(VL)可变区基因合并引物,通过PCR扩增基因,对扩增产物进行测序,根据基因测序结果进行分析。结果显示,VH、VL基因分别为345 bp、306 bp,经IMGT分析,其结构具备鼠抗体可变区基因的特征。To clone heavy-chain and light-chain variable region gene of mouse anti-Cadmium monoclonal antibody. The total RNA of AG6 was extracted, and a set of oligonucleotide primers were designed to amplify the c DNAs. The DNA sequences were determined. The result showed that, the length of the cloned heavy chain variable region gene was 345 bp, and the light chain variable region gene was 306 bp. The tow genes concerning specific properties of variable region of murine immunoglobulin genes.
