猪自然感染圆环病毒2型条件下猪瘟疫苗免疫效果的观察

摘　　要：田间状态下对可能受到猪圆环病毒2型感染的10窝日龄相近的99头仔猪,分别于21~23日龄、52~54日龄进行猪瘟活疫苗（脾淋源）免疫,期间进行3次猪圆环病毒2型和猪瘟病毒核酸和抗体普检,同时,选择猪瘟常规免疫的5头分娩母猪进行了采血检测。结果显示,随着猪群圆环病毒2型病毒核酸和抗体阳性率的升高,猪瘟病毒核酸和抗体阳性率呈下降趋势,5头分娩母猪圆环病毒2型和猪瘟病毒核酸均为阴性,对应的抗体均为阳性。仔猪在猪圆环病毒2型病毒田间感染状态下,对猪瘟活疫苗免疫产生了抑制作用,进而可能导致仔猪群猪瘟免疫失败。The 99 piglets in 10 groups may be infected with porcine circovirus type 2（PCV2） in natural state, and they were vaccinated by classical swine fever（CSF） attenuate vaccine（spleen and lymph source） between 21~23 and 52~54 days old respectively, we detected viral nucleic acid and antibody of PCV2 and CSF 3 times in this period, at the same time 5 sows were blood test in routine immunization of CSF attenuated vaccine as control, the results showed that the PCV2 positive rates of viral nucleic acid and antibody increased, the positive rates of CSF viral nucleic acid and antibody declined, viral nucleic acid in 5 sows of the control were negative and corresponding antibodies were positive. The results suggest piglets were infected with PCV2 in natural state, which inhibit immunization of CSF attenuated vaccine, and lead to failure of piglets group of CSF.
