摘 要:为了提高奶牛场早期妊娠诊断的准确性和实用性,本研究使用酶联免疫检测法、可视化酶联免疫检测法和直肠检查法对配种后28~30 d奶牛妊娠的阳性率、假阳性率进行检测,通过对检测结果的比较来探讨将酶联免疫检测法应用于奶牛生产的可行性。结果表明:从妊娠的阳性率上看,三种方法分别为62.2%±1.9%、62.2%±1.9%和63.3%±2.2%,无显著性差异;从假阳性率上看,采用直肠检查法的假阳性率最高,常规酶联免疫检测法和可视化酶联免疫检测法也存在一定的假阳性,但显著低于直肠检查法。考虑诊断的准确性和实用性,在奶牛生产中推荐采用可视化酶联免疫检测法进行早期妊娠诊断工作。In order to improve the accuracy and practicability of early pregnancy diagnosis in dairy cow, the positive rate and false positive rate of pregnancy diagnosis for dairy cows after mating 28-30 d by three methods, including enzyme linked immunoassay, visualized enzyme linked immunoassay and rectal examination, which will be helpful for the use of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay in dairy production. The results showed that the positive rate of pregnancy for three methods were 62.2%±1.9%, 62.2%±1.9% and 63.3%±2.2%, no significant difference was found. Rectal examination method was used to determine the false positive rate of each group. Results showed that the highest false positive rate in rectal examination group, and the other two groups also exist certain false positive, but significantly lower than rectal examination method. Considering the accuracy and practicality of the diagnosis, the visualization of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay for early pregnancy diagnosis was recommended in dairy production.
