职业教育视角下就业能力培育的原则与路径

摘　　要：就业能力是一个随社会发展和认识不断深化的概念。对职业教育而言,就业能力培育是其工作的核心与重点所在。基于职业教育现实需求及政策精神的分析,提出就业能力培育遵循的五项原则,职业教育领域的就业能力培育需从政策的细化落实、两个场所的功能界定和开放性整合课程的开发实施入手,为校企合作背景下的职业教育提供有益借鉴。Employability is a constant deepening concept with the social development and understanding.The cultivation of employability is the core mission of vocational education.Based on the analysis of the practical needs of vocational education and the government policies,the study puts forward five principles to cultivate the employability,indicates the practical path to achieve the cultivation of the employability：refining the implementation of the government policies,defining the functions of the two learning places of school and workplace,developing and implementing the open integrated curriculum,so as to provide useful reference for vocational education in the background of college enterprise cooperation.
