自制带管芯硅胶胃管在机械通气患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自制带管芯硅胶胃管在机械通气患者进行胃管置入中的应用效果。方法对收住于ICU的160例机械通气患者采用随机抽样法分为对照组80例和观察组80例。在其他条件相同的情况下,观察组采用自制带管芯硅胶胃管,对照组采用普通一次性硅胶胃管,观察两种胃管的一次置管成功率、总的置管成功率、置管时间。结果自制带管芯硅胶胃管一次置管成功率和总的置管成功率明显高于普通一次性硅胶胃管,置管时间明显低于普通一次性硅胶胃管,差异具有统计学意义。结论自制带管芯硅胶胃管提高了机械通气患者置管成功率,并且操作更省时,可以提高护士的工作效率,减轻患者痛苦和经济负担。Objectives To explore application effect of the self-made silicone stomach tube with tube core were in tube insertion in patients with mechanical ventilation. Methods In 160 cases of mechanical ventilation patients admitted to the ICU by random sampling method are divided into a control group of 80 cases and observation group 80 cases,under the same conditions,the observation group used self-made silicone stomach tube with the tube core,the control group using ordinary disposable silicone stomach tube,observation of two kinds of stomach tube of a one-time successful catheterization rate,the total success rate of catheterization,catheterization time. Results The self-made silicone stomach tube with tube core a one-time successful catheterization rate and the total success rate of catheterization were significantly higher than that of ordinary disposable silicone stomach tube,catheterization time was significantly lower than the ordinary disposable silicone stomach tube,difference was statistically significant. Conclusions The self-made silicone stomach tube with tube core improves the mechanical ventilation in patients with success rate of catheterization,and the operation is more time-saving,which also can improve nurses＇ work efficiency,reduce the patient pain and economic burden.
