摘 要:根据声子晶体理论,基于层状结构在减振、隔音方面的应用可能,构造了一维四元嵌构式声子晶体模型。采用集中质量法对该系列模型的禁带进行计算,分析其声子晶体禁带变化规律。研究表明,晶格常数都为0.04m的一维二元(石灰岩/丁腈橡胶)层状声子晶体第1带隙的起始频率为12143Hz,第2带隙的截止频率为62086Hz,2个频率都很高;一维四元(石灰岩/coca31-20-50/丁腈橡胶/coca31-20-30)嵌构式层状声子晶体的第1带隙起始频率为132.1222Hz,第2带隙截止频率为534.6435Hz,2个频率都很低,这一禁带特性能够实现低频声波的控制;对于相同材料组成的一维四元嵌构式声子晶体,可以通过调节材料的组合位置、晶格常数的大小以及材料的组分比来获得不同的禁带频率带隙。Based on the theory of phononic crystal and the possible application of layer structure in vibration absorption and soundproof,a model of one dimensional quaternary embedded phononic crystal is designed.The paper calculates the band-gap of a series of models with mass centralized method and analyzes their band-gap variation regularities.The starting frequency of first band-gap of one-dimension and dual layered phononic crystal(limestone/nitrile rubber)with lattice constant being 0.04 mis 12143Hz and the stopping frequency of the second band-gap is 62086 Hz,both are higher.The starting frequency of the first band-gap of one-dimension and quaternary embedded phononic crystal(limestone/coca31-20-50/nitrile rubber/coca31-20-30)is 132.1222 Hz and the stopping frequency of the second band-gap is 534.6435 Hz,which are lower and can be used for the control of low frequency waves.For one-dimension and quaternary embedded phononic crystal with the same material,different band-gap frequencies can be obtained through adjusting the combination position of material,the size of lattice constant and mixing ratio of materials.
