剪切对聚丙烯酰胺酚醛树脂可动凝胶性能的影响

摘　　要：可动凝胶调驱是华北砂岩油藏的主要调驱措施之一,聚丙烯酰胺酚醛树脂交联可动凝胶是油田常用的可动凝胶体系。随油田分注井的增多,部分井需要利用井内分注管柱进行分层调驱,需要验证配水器和堵塞器剪切对凝胶的影响。根据调驱现场配制和注入过程,进行了搅拌不同时间、经过注入泵的柱塞、井口闸门等剪切对可动凝胶影响,以指导现场施工。试验结果表明,配液池搅拌时间和注入泵剪切对凝胶的交联性能影响较小,可动凝胶经搅拌和泵剪切凝胶黏度保持率在98%以上;井口闸门和分注管柱堵塞器的开启程度剪切对凝胶性能影响较大,当井口闸门开启度小或分注管柱中堵塞器开启程度较小、并产生较大的节流压差时,剪切对凝胶黏度影响较大,节流压差越大,剪切越严重,节流压差达12MPa,凝胶黏度保持率仅31%。因此,在注可动凝胶时井口闸门应开启到最大,利用分注管柱实施分层调驱时应捞出调驱目的层的堵塞器。Movable gel profile control/flooding is one of the main profile control/flooding measures for sandstone reservoir flooding in Huabei Oilfield.The polyacrylamide phenol-formaldehyde resin gel is a frequently used movable gel system in oilfields.With the increase of the separating injection wells,some wells need to use the separating injection pipe string for separated layer profile control/flooding for verifying the influence of shearing of the water flow regulator and blanking plug on the gel.According to the gel preparation and injection process,the effect of different stirring times and the shearings after injection pump plunger and wellhead control valve on the movable gel are studied to guide field operation.The experimental results show that the stirring time and the shearing after injection pump have less effect on the crosslinking performance.The viscosity retention rate is more than 98% after stirring and pump shearing.Shearing of the wellhead control valve and the separate injection pipe string blanking plug have a greater influence on the gel performance.When the opening degree of the wellhead control valve or the blanking plug is smaller and the choke pressure difference is bigger,the effect of shearing on the gel viscosity is greater.The greater the choke pressure difference is,the more serious the shearing is.The viscosity retention rate is only 31% when the choke pressure difference is 12 MPa.Therefore,the wellhead control valve should be opened at the maximum level in gel injection and the blanking plug of the selective zone should be fished when using the separate injection pipe string for separated layer profile control/flooding.
