超声引导脉冲射频治疗颈后肌筋膜疼痛综合征的疗效

摘　　要：目的评价超声引导脉冲射频治疗颈后肌筋膜疼痛综合征的临床疗效。方法诊断为颈后肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者50例，采用超声引导颈后部痛点脉冲射频治疗，于治疗前及后7、30、90d时以数字评分法（numerical rating seale，NRS）评估疼痛程度，评定疗效和记录治疗过程中的并发症。结果患者NRS评分在治疗后7d、30d和90d时较治疗前明显下降（P〈0．01），有统计学差异；同时治疗显著有效率分别达到76％（38／50）、88％（44／50）、92％（46／50）。患者颈后皮肤轻度肿胀仅1例（2％），余未见其他并发症。结论超声引导下脉冲射频治疗颈后肌筋膜疼痛综合征有良好疗效，安全性高。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ultrasound-guided pulsed radiofrequency on neck and shoulder myofascial pain syndrome. Methods Fifty patients with neck and shoulder myofascial pain syndrome were treated by pulsed radiofrequency guided under ultrasound. The numerical rating scale （NRS） was recorded to evaluate the pain degree and the curative effect before treatment and at the 7th day, 30th day and 90th day after the treatment,the complications were also recorded. Results At the 7th day, 30th day and 90th day after the treatment, patients＇ NRS decreased significantly compared with prior treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）, the remarkable effective rates were 76%（38/50）, 88%（44/50）, 92%（46/50） respectively. There was only one case （2%） with mild swelling of the neck skin and without other complications. Conclusion Ultra- sound-guided pulsed radiofrequency is significantly effective and higher safety for the treatment of neck and shoulder myofascial pain syndrome .
