摘　　要：Toll样受体是一类与果蝇Toll基因高度同源性的单跨膜受体家族，在天然免疫、肿瘤发生和炎性反应等方面起到重要作用。近年来发现有多种Toll样受体亚型在人椎间盘组织中有所表达，且表达数量与椎间盘老化程度相关。Toll样受体通过与椎间盘内内源性配体结合，启动某些细胞信号转导通路，参与了椎间盘退变过程。本文就Toll样受体在椎间盘退行性变中作用机理的研究进展作如下综述。Toll-like receptors （TLRs） are a class of single transmembrane receptors that play an important role in native immunity, tumorigenesis and inflammatory reaction. Recent researches indicated that some subtypes of TLRs are expressed in human intervertebral disc ceils, and the expression correlates with the degree of degeneration. Toll-like receptors may be involved in the process of disc degeneration through stimulation with endogenous ligands and activation in some cellular signal transduction pathways. In this review, the research progression of TLRs in intervertebral disc degeneration is summarized.
