摘  要:通过低温回流法制备具有吸附和磁性能的凹凸棒石/CoFe2O4磁性复合材料(MAT),利用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)等对MAT进行表征,并研究了MAT对亚甲基蓝(MB)的吸附性能。结果表明,磁性粒子CoFe2O4以简单的物理沉积负载于凹凸棒石表面;MAT饱和比磁化强度14 emu/g,磁性较强,易于磁分离;比表面积175.85 m^2/g,略大于凹凸棒石。对于25 mL浓度100 mg/L MB溶液,MAT最佳投加量为0.050 g;在pH 3~9范围内,MAT吸附量随pH值的增大而增大;当温度在293~338 K,MAT的吸附等温线符合Langmuir方程,吸附焓变1.61 kJ/mol,Gibbs自由能变-28.51~33.16 kJ/mol,吸附熵变102.48~102.87 kJ/mol,表明该吸附是个吸热、自发且熵增过程;MAT对MB的吸附动力学符合准二级动力学方程,是外表面吸附。Attapulgite / CoFe2O4 magnetic composite( MAT) with adsorption and magnetic was prepared by low temperature reflow method. Using FTIR,VSM,SEM,XRD to characterize the MAT,and studied MAT adsorption of methylene blue( MB). The results showed that the magnetic particles CoFe2O4 was loaded on the surface of attapulgite by a simple physical deposition way. ATM saturation magnetization ratio was 14 emu / g,had strong magnetic,magnetic separation easier. Its specific surface area was175. 85 m^2/ g,and was slightly larger than attapulgite. For 25 mL concentration of 100 mg / L MB solution,MAT optimum dosage was 0. 050 g; While pH is in the range of 3 ~ 9,MAT adsorption capacity increased with pH value increasing; Over the temperature range of 293 ~ 338 K,the adsorption thermodynamic was complied with the Langmuir adsorption isotherm equation,the adsorption enthalpy change was 1. 61 kJ / mol,Gibbs free energy were-28. 51 ~ 33. 16 kJ / mol,the entropy were 102. 48 ~ 102. 87 kJ / mol. It showed that the adsorption is endothermic,spontaneous and entropy increasing process. The adsorption kinetic was complied with the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation,and belonged to the outer surface adsorption.
