变应性真菌性鼻窦炎累及眼部的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨变应性真菌性鼻窦炎累及眼部的临床表现。方法回顾性分析12例(12只眼)因眼部症状就诊的患者,包括眼痛8例,视力下降2例,突眼1例,眼球移位1例,伴粘脓涕、鼻塞及鼻区痛,经CT及实验室检查确诊为变应性真菌性鼻窦炎。结果 12例均行功能性鼻内窥镜手术,术后眼部、鼻部不适症状缓解,随诊6个月无复发。结论变应性真菌性鼻窦炎较常累及眼部,眼科医生应提高对该病的认识。Objective To discuss the clinical manifestation of ocular involvement in allergic fungal sinusitis（ AFS）. Methods Twelve AFS patients who had ocular symptoms were studied. Symptoms included ophthalmalgia（ n =8）,blurred vision（ n = 2）,proptosis nn = 1）,and eyeball dislocation（ n = 1）. Nasal symptoms included purulent mucous rhinorrhea,nasal obstruction,and rhinalgia. X-ray and CT findings and laboratory findings confirmed AFS in all patients. Results After functional endoscopic sinus surgery,both ophthalmic and nasal symptoms alleviated. All patients were followed for 6 month. No recurrence was reported. Conclusion Ocular involvement was common in AFS. Ophthalmologists should be aware the ocular manifestation of AFS and manage these patients appropriately.
