摘　　要：讨论了落砂流程设计的常见问题,包括落砂机的配置、回收砂皮带宽度、旧砂磁选质量以及抓取铸件机械手的选型,说明了旧砂破碎、筛分后加湿、预混、冷却处理的重要性。叙述了混砂机的选型,正混砂时间的确定,以及混砂机的功率配置。介绍了混砂机的技术参数,型砂的性能要求,如何验收外购设备,如何搞好砂处理工部的相关配套(包括物料的输送、储存斗、定量、给料等)。指出要重视砂处理工部的防尘与除尘,最后强调要配备专门分管型砂的技术人员,要建立型砂性能质量管理体系和原辅材料采购程序,要定量控制新砂加入量,要配备完整的检测体系与手段。The common problems of sand treating process flow design were discussed including choice of knockout machine,width of reclaimed sand conveyer belt,magnetic separating quality of the returned sand,and the type choice of casting-grasping robot. The importance to wet,pre-mix and cool the broken returned sand was explained. The sand mixer type choice,determination of proper sand mixing time and the power capacity choice of sand mixer were described. An introduction was given to the technical parameters of sand mixer,properties requirements of molding sand,how to check and accept outsourcing equipments and how to provide the sand treating section with other relevant equipments including materials transportation,storage tanks,materials feeding,et al. It was pointed out that high attention should be paid to the dust prevention of the sand treating section. Finally it was emphasized that there must be technician responsible to sand treating and controlling,it＇s necessary to establish molding sand and core sand quality management system and the purchase procedure of the raw and auxiliary materials,it＇s must to quantificationally control new sand adding amount,it＇s necessary to have integrated inspecting and checking system and measures.
