摘 要:采用自制SO2吸收装置,研究吸收液pH值为13-7时,O2对Na2S吸收SO2后溶液各含硫离子的影响。结果表明,Na2S溶液吸收SO2的过程中,溶液pH值的变化呈现三阶段两突降模式,溶液在pH值为12-7时逸出H2S。烟气中O2的存在对溶液中S2-含量影响不大,但会加快SO32-的氧化消耗。O2会促进S2O32-的生成,但高浓度的O2会抑制S2O32-的生成。O2的存在会引入新的含硫离子SO42-,其主要来源于吸收液中SO32-的氧化,O2浓度越高,生成的SO42-越多;当O2浓度从10%上升到30%时,SO42-的氧化生成率从2.97%增大到11.2%。When the absorption solution pH value is 13-7, effects of O2 on absorption of SO2 by Na2S solution are described by SO2 absorption unit being of there own manufacture. The results showed that the process of N% S solution absorbing SO2 , the pH value presenting three-stage two-dip mode, escaping H2S at pH value 12-7. The presence of O2 in the flue gas has little effect on S2- in thesolution, but will accelerate oxidation consumption of SO32-. O2 will promote S2O32- generated, but high concentrations of O2 inhibits the generation of S2O32-. Presence of O2 will introduce new sulphur-containing ions SO42-, which comes mainly from the absorption liquid oxidizing SO32-, The higher the concentration of O2 the more SO42- generated. When O2 concentration rised from 10% to 30%, oxidation rate of SO42- increased from 2. 97% to 11.2%.
