摘 要:利用有机先驱体浸渍法制备高气孔率Al2O3多孔陶瓷,再采用真空浸渍及溶胶-凝胶法制备了Al2O3多孔陶瓷负载不同Sm3+掺杂量的TiO2光催化材料,在紫外光下以亚甲基蓝溶液为光催化降解对象,研究稀土掺杂量、亚甲基蓝溶液pH值及溶液初始浓度等对负载型TiO2的光催化活性的影响规律。研究结果表明,相比于单独使用的TiO2粉体材料,负载型TiO2光催化材料不但比表面积大,光催化活性高,还有利于回收利用。在亚甲基蓝溶液的pH值为9、初始浓度为15mg/L条件下,随着Sm3+掺入量的增加,材料光催化活性呈先上升后下降趋势,掺入1mol%Sm3+的负载型TiO2的光催化活性最高。掺入Sm3+不仅有助于空穴与光生电子对的分离,还可以细化TiO2晶粒,改善材料的光催化活性。A12O3 porous ceramics with high porosity were prepared by organic foam impregnation method, and TiO2 photocatalyst doped with different Sm3+ content supported by porous ceramics was prepared by vacuum impregnation and sol-gel method. The methylene blue solution was photoeatalytie degraded under the ultraviolet light, and the effects of doping content of rare earth, pH value of methylene blue and initial concentration of solution on degradation of loaded TiO2 were investigated. The results show that compared with TiO2 powder, TiO2 loaded porous ceramics not only has large specific area and high photocatalytie activity but also has reclamation. When the initial concentration of methylene blue is 15 mg/L and pH value is 9, photocatalytic activity firstly increases, and then decreases with Sm3 ~ content increasing, and the photocatalytie activity of loaded TiO2 is the highest when doping lmol% Sm3+. The photocatalytic activity of materials is improved by helping to separation between cavity and photoproduetion electron pair, avoiding crystal transformation of anatase TiO2 and refining TiO2 grains.
