信息对抗作战演练“蓝军”体系构建研究

摘　　要：在未来战争中，信息流将越来越多地控制物质流和能量流，极大地提高武器装备的效能和部队的战斗力。由此，信息对抗作战也将由一种辅助性的作战行动上升为关键性、甚至是决定性的作战样式。为了完成新武器、新装备试验与鉴定之需求，必须探索掌握信息化装备条件下试验、鉴定、评估、训练的技术、装备和途径。文章论述了各种信息对抗技术装备的起源与发展，探索了构建靶场信息对抗作战演练“蓝军”新体系的手段与措施。In future warfare, the information flow will more and more control the matter flow and the energy flow, and will improve the efficiency of the weapons and the battle effectiveness of the army greatly. So information warfare will become the crucial and even the decisive cam- paign mode from an aided campaign mode. In order to complete the test and certification de- mands of the new weapons and new equipments, the technique of the test, certification, evaluation and training should be explored. In this paper, the origin and the development of the information warfare equipments are discussed, the construction methods of ＂blue force＂ system in the range information warfare training are studied.
