摘 要:试验旨在研究几种添加剂对黄羽肉鸡生长性能和sable呼吸测热的影响。选用180只健康、体重相近的15日龄黄羽肉鸡,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只。3组分别为对照组、试验组1(0.1%复合酶制剂)、试验组2(0.1%植酸酶+0.1%复合酶制剂+0.05%果寡糖+0.05%益生素)。结果表明:与对照组相比,在试验后期和全期,试验组2日增重显著提高(P<0.05);三组间屠宰性能差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组2总蛋白显著提高(P<0.05);试验组甘油三酯和胆固醇显著降低(P<0.05);不同组间耗氧量和CH4产生量差异不显著(P>0.05),试验组CO2产生量均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。由此可知:复合酶添加剂、植酸酶、果寡糖和益生素共同添加比单独添加复合酶添加剂的效果要好。This study was to investigate the effect of several additives on growth performance and sable hot breath test of yellow broiler. 180 yellow-feather broilers with the similar age and body weight were randomly assigned to3 groups with 3 repeats in each group,one repeat had 20 chickens. The control group was fed basal diet,and the diet of group 1 was added with 0.1% compound-enzyme feed-stuff additive,the diet of group 2 was added 0.1% with phytase,0.1% compound-enzyme feed-stuff additive,0.05% fructooligosaccharide and 0.05% probiotics,respectively. The results indicated that compared with the control group,at late-stage and the whole period daily gain in group 2 was significantly increased(P〈0.05);There were no significant differences in slaughter perform among three groups(P〈0.05);Total protein in group 2 was significantly increased(P〈0.05);Triglyceride and cholesterol in group 1 and 2 were significantly lower than control group(P〈0.05);There were no significant difference in oxygen consumption and CH4 generation among different groups(P〈0.05). CO2 generated in group 1 and 2 was significantly lower than control group(P〈0.01). It was concluded that combined application of additive enzyme,phytase,fructooligosaccharide and probiotics was better than separate supplementation of enzyme additive.
