不同浓度氨气对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质的影响

摘　　要：为了研究不同浓度氨气对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质的影响,试验选取500日龄的京白939蛋鸡180只,随机分为3组,试验Ⅰ组(氨气浓度为0 mg/kg),试验Ⅱ组(氨气浓度为50 mg/kg),试验Ⅲ组(氨气浓度100 mg/kg),每组60只,每组设4个重复,每个重复15只,预试期7 d,试验期28 d。试验结果显示:第一周时,试验Ⅰ组的平均日采食量极显著高于Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组(P<0.01),Ⅰ组的产蛋率显著高于Ⅲ组(P<0.05),料蛋比、平均蛋重没有显著性差异(P>0.05),在第二周时,Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组的平均日采食量极显著高于Ⅲ组(P<0.01),Ⅰ组的产蛋率显著高于Ⅲ组(P<0.05),Ⅱ组的平均蛋重显著高于Ⅲ组(P<0.05),第三、四周时,Ⅰ组的产蛋率显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05);蛋品质在各组之间没有显著差异(P>0.05)。结果表明,试验Ⅲ组对蛋鸡的生产性能产生了显著影响。To study the effect of different concentrations of ammonia on the production performance and egg quality of laying hens,180 Beijing white 939 hens at 500 days of age were selected and randomly divided into three groups,the control group（0 mg/kg）,the group of Middle-ammonia（50 mg/kg）,the groups of high ammonia（100 mg/kg）,each group had 60 chickens,each group set up four replicates of 15,pre-feeding was 7 days,trial period was 28 days.The results showed that at the first week,the average daily intake of group Ⅰ was extremely significantly higher than group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ（P〈0.01）,the laying rate of group Ⅰ was significantly higher than group Ⅲ（P〈0.05）,the feed/egg ratio and the average egg weight has no significant difference（P〉0.05）,at the second week,the average daily intake of group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ was significantly higher than group Ⅲ（P〈0.01）,laying rate of group Ⅰ was significantly higher than group Ⅲ（P〈0.05）,average egg weight of group Ⅱ was significantly higher than group Ⅲ（P〈0.05）,at the third,forth week,laying rate of group Ⅰ was significantly higher than group Ⅱ（P〈0.05）;egg quality among the groups did not show significant difference（P〉0.05）. The results showed that the group of high ammonia had a significant influence on production performance of laying hens.
